The Accademia di architettura is adding a new building to the campus for the first-year course. Together with the existing student buildings, the new building is set in such a way as to create a new central public space for the students, in which the design students' studio spaces are not separated but are part of this new open student space. The design of the interior spaces of the new building varies greatly and gives them their specific character: horizontal, fully glazed and therefore spatially strongly connected to the surroundings on the ground floor, a large standing space with directed views on the upper floor.
