A spacious, simple, light-filled building. The central idea of the building comes from the workspace and the workflow: The workshop, production, warehouses and related uses are located on a single floor. A gable roof spans the entire hall. A generous north-facing roof glazing provides the entire space with good working light. The entire north side of the building can be opened via sliding doors. This allows synergies to be achieved among the various uses: Goods can be easily transported throughout the building; storage rooms and offices can be placed together - and perhaps most importantly, the people who work here are spatially connected in one large space and have an overview of each other's work. Communication is easy. The generous, north-facing roof glazing leads to optimal daylight conditions and thus to a high level of well-being during the workday. Subdivisions into work areas can be easily adapted to requirements. On the north side one enters the building, it can be delivered along the entire length of the facade - directly into the desired work area. The south side is fully glazed and provides a view of the wonderful slopes of the Brendelbach.
