Three buildings produce two perpendicular spatial axes: the space along the contours, as a park-like, flat, 30-meter-wide intermediate space with a bicycle path and weak density of program and occupancy. At right angles to this is a socially dense space with partial hard surface. The apartments have spectacular spatial qualities and visual references. On the slope side are the rooms and bathrooms which are directly connected to each other via sliding doors. Through room-sized windows one can see into the sloping bush and flower meadow and the scattered trees. On the south side, there is a large common space in all apartments. Almost half of it is outdoor space. In order to withdraw the boundary between the interior and exterior space, the facade surface does not follow a clear straight line. The balcony and the living space thus combine to form a large illuminated zone. This curved façade also softens the view from the exterior to the north building. In this way, the long and strict façade becomes playful and varied.
